Shipping policy

 

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $49 USD.

Orders placed on www.kreizibeauty.com are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. Please anticipate 3-7 business days for standard shipping.

Expedited (1-3 business days) - fees may apply.

Kreizi Beauty is not responsible for stolen/missing deliveries once the carrier certifies the order has been delivered.

 

Shipping Confirmation

Upon checkout, you will receive an email with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email to confirm shipment of your order. It's on the way!

The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you can check the status of the order at any time. If you have any questions about your order status, please email us.

Edit Shipping Address

If your order is shipping to the incorrect address, please contact us right away. Kreizi Beauty is not responsible for stolen/missing deliveries once the carrier certifies the order has been delivered.
