Refunds

We are committed to a high standard of quality for all of our products. While we aim to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase, we realize there are reasons that you may need to return a product. If you need to return your product, please review the information below.

  • To start a return, please contact us
  • If your return has been accepted, we will send you instructions on the return process.
  • Only products purchased on kreizibeauty.com may be accepted for a refund within 10 days of your receipt date.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Note that we are unable to refund products that have been returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of our products, however certain ingredients may cause irritation on sensitive skin.   • We regret that we do not refund the original shipping costs with the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.
  • Before shipping to us, please wait for our confirmation response after filling out the form.
  • Please note on the packing slip the reason for the return and include it with the return package. Make sure to record your tracking number since we cannot issue a refund until our office can confirm the returned products have been received.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages, packages sent C.O.D., damage during transit (unless you received damaged items, see Damaged Products Policy), or products sent without requesting a return. Any of these may result in your refund being rejected.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 week of our office receiving your item.
  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
  • All returns will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase.
  • Empty containers cannot be accepted for a refund.

Exchange

We are happy to exchange any product that is defective, damaged, or unused. If you need to exchange your product, please review the information below.

  • We accept exchanges on products purchased on kreizibeauty.com only up to 10 days after it has been received.

Damaged Products Policy

If you receive a product that is broken or damaged, you may reach out to us at info@kreizibeauty.com or use our contact page within 10 days for a replacement. Products will not be replaced after 10 days from when it was received.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when sending the products. Choose your preferred courier, but make sure to pack the products properly to ensure the products arrive in the same condition. Damage caused in transit may result in the refund or exchange to be denied.

Sale Products

Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded. Only regular price products are eligible for refunds.
